Be Debonair Foundation was established in 2022 as part of Mavilach Group, a global media and public relations conglomerate based in Noida, India.
The Foundation was created specifically to serve as the public-interest arm of the Group, focused entirely on work that benefits society.
In 2023, the Foundation acquired four established media publications from their respective parent companies.
Each publication retained its identity while becoming part of a shared framework of purpose and accountability.
